Requesting a Refund

We honor all requests for refunds of the purchase price of our products within 14 days of purchase. #

After 14 days, we honor refunds on a case-by-case basis depending upon the nature of the issue.

This policy does not apply to free products or trials.

Please note that all applicable licenses are revoked after refunds are processed and the continued use of the unlicensed product after refund is not permitted.

Unity Asset Store Purchases: We must contact Unity to process any refund requests for purchases made on the Unity Asset Store. Please read the Unity Asset Store refund policy for details regarding their EULA and refund procedures. Note that Unity may require up to 10 business days to process your refund after we have contacted them.

returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels
